And it wirelessly syncs to the Fitbit app on your smartphone. The Surge is expected to launch later in the year and will cost about two hundred and fifty dollars.A startup is crowdfunding a REAL hoverboard Unfortunately it_s not quite Marty McFly-ready. The Hendo Hoverboard is essentially MagLev and uses electromagnetic tech to glide above metals like copper or aluminum. Also unfortunately it_s not super-manoeuvrable and will need a propulsion system. But Back to the Future fans have rallied and the Hendo has already blasted past its Kickstarter target. The locket_s lid will gently light up when Purple is notified of a new photo which you can view and even edit. It_s too early for any release or pricing information but I can see it being very popular.If you live in New York City you could earn fifty dollars a month just by attaching a smartphone to your window. A company called Placemeter is using their proprietary tech to monitor car and pedestrian traffic outside store fronts. It then uses that information to determine how busy a place is and how long a wait there_ll be. The creators were inspired to develop the software after getting fed up waiting in line at Shake Shack.And finally Hatsune Miku has made her way to America The Japanese popstar has been wildly popular in Japan for years selling out concerts - despite being a HOLOGRAM. Miku_s vocals are pieced together from sounds created by a voice actress and she sings songs created by her fans.
